This "Art of Eight Limbs” emphasizes striking techniques using fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Our trained Muay Thai fighters will coach you starting from the basics and will build you up to practice Muay Thai, both as a sport and for self-defense. Muay Thai also increases your physical conditioning and agility.
