Functional Training

A performance-based training program built to improve real-world strength, mobility, and conditioning — so you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-resistant.

Training Focus

  • Strength + endurance conditioning

  • Mobility + stability work

  • Core strength + movement control

  • Functional patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge, carry)

Program Structure

  • Frequency: 6 days/week

  • Batches: 9 sessions daily

  • Session Duration: 60 minutes

  • Days: Mon – Fri (confirm Saturday if this is a full 6-day schedule)

Timings

  • Morning: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
